Minuteman Scholarship

BENEFITS

• Receive full tuition OR room and board up to $10,000 flat rate per year ($5,000 per semester or $3,333-$3,334 per quarter) at the participating university of attendance

• Receive Cadet stipend monthly ($420)

• Receive a book stipend of $1,200 annually ($600 per semester)

• Eligible for State education benefits (See State Education Officer for eligibility and enrollment)

• SMP with ARNG unit and drill monthly and receive E5/CDT drill pay $23,000/4 Years

• Enroll in ROTC at university of attendance

• Have an ACT score of 19 or 110 GT, and SAT score of 850 and a 2.5 GPA to accept the scholarship (minimum) and maintain at least a 2.0 GPA

• Attend Basic Training or CIET (Basic Course) and CLC (Advanced Course) at FT Knox, KY

QUALIFICATIONS

• Be a US citizen

• Between ages 17-30 *Cannot have turned 31 during entire Commissioning year

• Currently in or eligible for enlistment in the ARNG

• Have a valid MEPS physical or DODMERB physical for Scholarship award

• Complete SF86 to obtain secret security clearance

• Ability to pass a ACFT

• In compliance with AR 600-9 HT/WT standards

• Pass TAG interview process

• PMS validates eligibility

• Proof of acceptance into participating university of attendance

• Proof of academic major

• Proof of SAT/ACT scores or established college CGPA OR ASVAB
