*Registrants in RTW drawings must be enrolled in not lower than the 11th grade of high school or otherwise be between 17 and 34 years of age.  Individuals outside this target population may not enter a RTW drawing.  Soldiers, Civilian employees (including Military Technicians), and their immediate Family members assigned to an Army Recruiting Command (USAREC, USACC, ARNG Recruiting and Retention Battalion) are ineligible to participate in RTW drawings and receive prizes. Any persons with felonies will be excluded from the drawing.
